Yes, we have one-bedroom and townhouse models, which can be toured by appointment only. Please contact us via phone or email to schedule a time to visit.

Yes, we all up to two (2) pets per unit. Dogs are only allowed in townhouses and only one dog is permitted.
We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.
Cat Requirements
Cats must be spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. Residents are
required to provide proof of shots, as well veterinarian information.
Dogs Requirements
Only dogs under 40 pounds are permitted.The following breeds are restricted:
German shepherds
Pit bull terriers
Cane corsos
Rottweilers
Staffordshire terriers
Akitas
Mastiffs
Great Danes
Doberman pinschers
Dogs must be spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. Residents are
required to provide proof of shots, as well as the veterinarian information. Animals
with a history of aggressive behavior will not be approved.
We are located in the Greece Central School District. Students who live at Greenleaf Meadows typically attend:

We do have a fitness center on-site, which is available to all residents from 6am until 10pm, consisting of four treadmills, three eliptical machines, two stationary bikes, an ab bench, and a multi-station weight machine.
