Model Touring Information
Thanks for your interest in Greenleaf Meadows Apartments! Below you'll find important information for your scheduled visit. Please read all sections and complete the form prior to your visit.
Appointment Time
Models are currently shown by appointment only, scheduled one hour apart.
Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to help us ensure proper social distancing and disinfection procedures between groups.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email us.
Directions
We are located at 500 Greenleaf Road in Greece, just off of the Lake Ontario State Parkway.
When you drive into our community, the Leasing Office and Models will be to your left. Please park in front of the office and call us at (585) 621-4141 when you arrive.
Face Coverings
Per New York State regulations, all visitors age 2 and up must wear a mask or face covering while in the office foyer and/or models.
You are welcome to bring your own, however, a sealed PPE pack -- including a disposable mask, pair of gloves, and hand sanitizing wipes -- will be provided for each guest.
If you are do not feel well, please reschedule your appointment.
Self-Guided Tour
To keep guests and staff members safe, all tours are currently self-guided.
Common areas, such as one-bedroom basements and patios, cannot be viewed per New York State.
Please note: models are under 24-hour video and audio monitoring.
If you have any questions as you look around the model, please call (585) 621-4141 and a leasing agent will be happy to answer them for you.
Young Children
Current New York State regulations recommend that young children not attend apartment showings whenever possible.
Safety Measures
We will disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door knobs, between visits.
All lights will be turned on and closet doors will be opened prior to your arrival. Gloves are not required but are recommended and will be provided for you.
One Bedroom Model
If you are touring the one-bedroom model, enter through the Office door. In the foyer, please ring the buzzer and you'll be let through the security door. The model will be to your left.
Townhouse Model
If you are visiting the Townhouse Model, there is no need to enter the Office. Go directly to apartment number 667, right next door. It will be clearly marked with a "Townhouse Model" sign.

Per New York State, we must screen all visitors to the property with these questions. We must receive this form before your visit.
