Application Fee Payment

Thank you for your interest in Greenleaf Meadows. To begin the application process, a non-refundable fee of $20 per application is required to cover the cost of processing. Before submitting your payment, please review the residency qualifications listed below.

All of the following are required for approval:

credit score of 660 or higher
household income that meets current requirements listed on the qualifications page
if there are more than 2 lease signers, each must be able to show income equal to 60% of the responsible rent
verifiable proof of income
favorable landlord reference, if applicable
criminal background check

Any of the following will result in automatic denial:

credit score lower than 660
bankruptcy that is not discharged
open, unpaid collections or judgements totaling more than $500
total household income less than the requirements
felony conviction for violent crime against a person or the manufacturing/distribution of drugs
