We have professionals on-staff around the clock to handle routine and emergency maintenance issues, as well as lawn care and snow removal.

With an on-site daycare center, online rent payment system, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, 24-hour central laundry facility and extended office hours, we aim to make your life easier!  (We also have an Olympic-sized swimming pool with lifeguard on-duty all summer long.)

It's Flexible

Life just doesn't happen in one-year increments.  And with our unique Occupancy Agreement, it doesn't have to.

• There's no annual lease to sign or renew.
• You're free to vacate your apartment at any time after 8 months, with just 60 days notice.
• We also offer a month-to-month plan, allowing you to vacate at anytime with just a 30-day notice. (There is an additional charge of $50 per month.)

It's Yours

Above all, we believe that it's not just an apartment.  It's your home.  We encourage you to:

• Choose your own accent wall color (we'll even paint it!)
• Use strippable wallpaper
• Decorate in your choice of colors
• Plant your own flower gardens (we'll even supply the seeds!)

So long as the apartment is returned in the same condition in which it was leased, we want you to treat your apartment as just that: yours.
